Wilderness State Park/ Camping/ Road Biking Trip

For Memorial weekend Alex and I went up to Wilderness State park. We had a GREAT time. The weather was quite cold but to be expected for Michigan. We enjoyed  two days and three nights of camping under the stars. We packed our road bikes with us for the trip and took a day trip down the shore line of Lake Michigan through the Tunnel of Trees to Harbor Springs. It was a beautiful trip and our first day trip on our new road bikes that we got for our birthday! We also took a trip to Mackinaw City on our bikes to see the bridge and re visit the first place we went on vacation together last summer. It was a wonderful start to a summer full of adventures.

Tiger Games

The summer would not be complete without baseball. Alex and I took a couple trips to see our Detroit tigers. Tiger games are always enjoyable to go to, the atmosphere and sounds of the park along with cold beer and peanuts!
